I met this little dude last year at Golden Jubilee park in Wahroonga. Echidnas are hilarious. This one made me laugh so much. You guys! Every time I tried to snap a photo, he'd bury his head in the leaves.
Up, down, up, down...but eventually I got this shot!
Makes me think of how we all live -- sometimes we're brave, sometimes we feel like burying our heads and just being incognito for a while. It's been a busy week for me, full of stepping out into the unknown, pushing my own boundaries and then pulling back.
Up, down, up, down.
It's easy to wonder if we're making any lasting impact at all. That's why I love this quote from Marisa Peer.
Marisa's words reassure me. I love the notion of making just one person breathe easier.
It seems do-able. One act of kindness, one heart that I've loved, one person changed: we can all do that.
Enjoy a beautiful weekend, everyone!
