When I feel a little low, I do something I learned from podcaster Jess Lively.
She suggests we get thankful. Not a new idea, I know, but it works so well and I love the new name she has for it! She says this:
Here's the trick: you can't just name the basics -- you have to go on a RAMPAGE and list everything you can.
It's a great word, right?
Whether you list all the things you love that are BIG...
...there are always so many things to appreciate. And when you do, you will feel better. It works every time.
